In the industrial environment ultra reliable low latency communications is of pivotal importance. So the wireless communication in this specific environment should work enhanced efficiency no matter, without much dependence on the communication channel. This paper proposes, a synergic control system which makes sure that the source is connected to the destination through the best available path in terms of delay. This system is not affected by the outage of the any relay nodes and it helps in finding out the new path with same conditions of least delay and good synergy, without re-designing the entire network again and again. The paper demonstrates that the synergic control system can re-adjust according to the scenario and situation of the wireless network which keeps on changing in the industrial environment, with the only constraint of least delay between source and destination.
