Efficient Bandwidth-Aware Routing for Underwater Cognitive Acoustic Sensor Networks

Overall the paper is well structured and addresses a major issue in Underwater acoustic networks.The is interesting and motivates the reader. The sections are well structured and written. The proposed models are well defined.
Reviewer has few suggestions to improve the quality of the paper,
More citations from recent quality research papers can be included for cognitive acoustic technique in Introduction section.
Include more discussions on the drawbacks of the existing routing methods in Related Work section to strengthen your research.
The Network models are well defined.Discuss the selection of the particular simulator and version.Provide citations.
Is it possible to measure the average delay in transmissions.
Discuss the packet loss and additional overhead incurred in your protocol and if possible compare it with the existing.
Few grammatical mistakes needs to be corrected.English proofreading suggested.

Comments to the Author
This paper proposes a routing algorithm to enhance throughput and spectrum utilization efficiency for UCASNs. The method proposed in this paper has some practical meaning in application and the whole paper is well organized. But there are still some problems.
1. In the abstract, how the routing algorithm proposed in this paper can enhance throughput needs further explanation.
2. In the Introduction section, the contributions of the paper are suggested to be added.
3. In the related work, some newer related works should be introduced.
4. In the simulation section, in order to make the simulation results to be much more persuasive, some newer routing protocols also need to be compared.
