The article presents some strengths:

1. Good bibliographic review of the problem in question.
2. The paper accomplishes the most important feature that a
multi-terminal decode and
forward ultrawideband (DF-UWB) relay network , which is a real-time power-splitting approach with efficient relay selection scheme .

On the other hand, it has the following weaknesses:
1. Section Introduction: IIOT -> IOT
2. Many equations are incorrectly ending with a ',' or '.
For instance:
eq. (1) must end with a ","
eq. (9) must end with a "."
eq. (10) must end with a "."
eq. (12) must end with a ","
eq.
eq. (16) must end with a "."
eq. (17) must end with a ","
eq. (19) must end with a "."
eq. (20) must end with a "."
eq. (22) must end with a "."
eq. (24) must end with a "."

3. Section 2.1, at the beginning of paragraph 2, the "." is incorrectly placed.
4. Section 2.3, after eq. (4), the authors refer to Eq. (6), however, this equation is not yet defined
up to this point.
5. Section 2.5, just after eq. (8), the word "Where" must start with a lower-case letter. In addition,
the symbol "*" is not defined.
6. Section 4.1, it seems the authors talk about the "IPI"
7. Section 4.1, it is unclear to understand how to arrive at the eq. (20). More highlight is needed on
this.
8. Section 4.2, after eq. (21), $ \ epsilon_1 $ and $ \ epsilon_2 $ are constants of what?

The paper presents a real-time power-splitting approach with efficient relay selection scheme for multi-terminal decode and forward ultrawideband (DF-UWB) relay network. The UWB channel modeling, the outage power algorithm and the relay selection scheme. The proposal is well-described. The approach requires a reduction of the value of the delay profiles, but it is a future work.

For the publication of this contribution, some issues should be addressed:
1. The state-of-the-art is missing. The contributions beyond the literature are not clear. Other approaches should be taken into account for comparison with them.
2. The format of the figure 5 is different from other figures. Some english review is also needed.
