The paper proposes a multi-hop single-relay selection for multi cluster head environment.

Cluster head selection is a highly researched topic, and the paper does not clearly bring out the novelty of this work.... in its current form, it appears uninteresting.

Paper summary
-------------
In this paper, authors proposed a Supportive Multi-hop Single Relay Selection (MSRS) scheme to enhance Cluster Head (CH) to Base Station (BS) communication.

Many terms and techniques are mentioned in the work but they are not aligned. For instance, the work has not emphasized on multi-hop communication, rather it seems just a two-hop communication with relay selection. Even, the system model assumptions need proper justification in practical scenarios. Many terms have not been defined at all in the paper e.g., see h_i after eq. (1). The channel model for LOS communication could be different and not just Rayleigh fading.
