This letter have some contribution in wireless underground sensor network, and the authors revised and improved this letter with the comments. However, it still have room to improve in writing.
1. Please uses the unit symbol such as "cm", "kHz" in Roman type rather than italic type. (i.e., $\rm{cm}$ $\rm{kHz}$ in Latex). "minimize" has the same problem.¡¤¡¤¡¿¡¤
2. Under the formula (1), in "gm(t)=p(t).hm()", '.' need to be rewritten as '¡¤' (In Latex, the symbol '¡¤' is $\cdot$).

The authors have taken into consideration the initial comments and have significantly improved the writing of the paper and clarified their contributions. That being said, the writing still requires improvement and some parts are still not clear. In particular, in part C of Section II.
1. The authors say i=theta, without defining either i or theta.
2. Rb is not defined.
3. Rt is not defined.
4. In Eq. (1) Nf, Tf and Ts are not defined, and also the noise term n(t) appears inside the argument of gm(t).
5. gm(t) is written as product of p(t) and hm(t), whereas I believe it should be convolution.
6. Eq. (2) is not very clear.

Finally, I recommend that the authors improve the language usage. For instance:
1. Very long sentence in the abstract.
2. p.1 l.43 assigns-> assign
3. p.1, l. 45, suggests-> suggest
4. p. 1, col 2, l. 49, that is generated->that are generated .
