On behalf of the ICASSP 2020 Technical Committee, we are delighted to inform you that the manuscript listed above has been ACCEPTED for presentation in a poster session at the conference. Congratulations!
Session Type: Poster
Session Title: 'Image/Video Interpretation and Understanding'
The above assignment of your paper to a session can be subject to potential changes. So, check carefully the final program which will be soon available on the webpage of the conference, https://2020.ieeeicassp.org.
The Technical Program Committee of ICASSP 2020 carefully selected reviewers, experts in the specific areas of the submitted contributions and widely spread around the world, with 92.5% of the submissions receiving three or more reviews. Publication policies of the IEEE Signal Processing Society dictate that the number of accepted papers must not exceed half the number of submissions; and by this measure, for ICASSP 2020 the acceptance rate is around 47%.
Please consider the comments from reviewers (appended to the end of this email), and incorporate their feedback into the final version of your manuscript, which must be submitted through the ICASSP website by February 13, 2020. Finally, in the process of producing the final submission, please follow these important guidelines:
1. The title of the paper, the authors, and the author order cannot be changed.
2. The revised paper must conform to the format detailed in the Author Kit. In particular, the body of the paper is limited to four double-column pages. A fifth page may be included, but must contain only references.
3. Major changes to the reviewed and accepted paper are not permitted; please limit your revisions to minor amendments of format and content, and be mindful of the reviewers¡¯ comments when updating the paper. The Technical Committee reserves the option to use the accepted version of the paper if the modified version differs substantially from the version that was reviewed.
In addition, please note that at least one author must be registered for the conference at a non-student rate by February 13, 2020. Each full registration can cover up to four papers. In accordance with IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) policy, any paper not covered by full registration must be removed from the Technical Program. Online registration is now open at the conference website.
Furthermore, papers that are not presented at the conference must also be excluded from the official proceedings and will not appear on IEEE Xplore. It is therefore very important that at least one author of this paper attends the conference to present the work.
In the case any special A/V equipment is required for presentation, please inform the conference manager through email: email@example.com. Note that not all special requests can be accommodated, and there may be additional costs associated with special equipment.
The IEEE SPS provides travel grants on a highly-competitive basis to student and non-student authors with financial need. Only a limited number of travel grants are available. The grants will be awarded to applicants who have a genuine need for financial support, and paper quality will be taken into consideration. SPS membership is required by applicants at the time the application is made. The SPS Travel Grant information page is available at http://signalprocessingsociety.org/events/sps-travel-grants .
Information on ICASSP 2020, including the venue, accommodation, tourism, and visa requirements, are available on the conference web site, https://2020.ieeeicassp.org, and additional information will be available soon.
