This paper designs and implements an IIoT(Industrial Internet of Things) platform that supports unidirectional communication based on ISO 9506. The proposed platform provides unidirectional communication in networks according to services of ISO 9506 and improves security by applying unidirectional communication between networks using MQTT (Message Queue Telemetry Transport) broker. A IIMP (Industrial IoT Message Protocol), proposed in this paper, exchanges messages using MQTT communication based on ISO 9506 message and determines communication direction according to service type. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed platform, transmission time and packet loss rate are compared. Simulation results show that the proposed platform has a faster transmission time then TCP, and the reliability of data transmission is higher when a large number of packets are transmitted then UDP.
