Abstract--This paper proposes a dual server based on cluster to handle real-time server failures on the naval combat system using virtual environment (virtualization). Virtualization enables efficient resources like network, cpu, memory, energy consumption, I/O, human effort and management of resources. The implementation uses two vXen (virtual Xen server). Finally, in measurement test there are round-trip ping(RTT) and a scenario to run script for sending packages through main server if main server down, hence failover will be addressed to cluster server. The simulation results show that proposed method achieves RTT 1 ms, 90% cpu utilization, 99% memory usage, and 10MBps transfer rate.
