Abstract

 

In this paper, an iOS based application is proposed for personal health service. The proposed application provides guidance on the risk of chronic diseases and recommends personalized beverage drinks to users. To implement the proposed application, the user's diet is input and the nutritional information of the diet is stored in the database.. Analyze the stored nutrients and use the Risk Guide algorithms to guide the risks of chronic diseases and classify beverages according to the results. Through, users can prevent diseases by checking their own health status. It can also be presented as a way to reduce the amount of time spent managing personal health.
