Abstract

In this paper, real-time video encoding scheme was designed for use in the naval combat system. Original video was reconstructed using bezier curve scheme before the video was encoded to satisfy the real-time and accuracy requirements of the video processing system for naval. In addition, H.265/HEVC encoding scheme was proposed and compared to existing scheme to satisfy accuracy. Performance analysis shows better performance in terms of real-time and accuracy than existing video processing systems


Question : What is the simulation result of the proposed scheme?


Answer : I have not yet implemented it, and I will proceed to future work.
