This paper proposes an enhancement algorithm of Proof-of-Work (PoW) with none difficulty to mine a block inside a private blockchain network to increase the transaction time. The conventional algorithm of PoW is based on difficulty of each node to mine a block by their hash without considering the transaction time. Two miners with different operating system (OS) and one node are deployed into the private Ethereum network. Windows OS miner needs 5 s of transaction time to send or withdraw ether to the destination node. Meanwhile MacOS miner only requires 4 s of transaction time.
