This paper proposes a surveillance reconnaissance route planning technique considering the communication coverage of AI-based unmanned aircraft. Research on surveillance reconnaissance using existing unmanned aircraft is being conducted by direct transit through all data collection spaces. However, because the route plan is established without considering communication coverage between ground control stations and unmanned aerial vehicles, there is a problem that goes beyond communication coverage, and the power consumption of unmanned aerial vehicles is inefficient because it passes through the data collection space directly. Therefore, using the polynomial regression method among the regression methods, this paper establishes a route plan considering the communication radius between ground control station and unmanned aircraft by planning the initial route assuming the minimum approach distance without the unmanned aircraft going through the entire data collection space and applying it to the fuzzy algorithm. In addition, performance evaluation is carried out by comparing existing route planning techniques with proposed path planning techniques through simulation.
