In this paper, a smart platform-based log analysis and parameter-modifying tool for naval combat systems (NCSs) is proposed. To support the development of NCSs, the log analysis and parameter modifying tool provides node information gathering, remote log gathering, log analysis, and parameter modifying functions. The watcher, an application for smart devices, and agent, an application for the naval combat system (NCS) node, communicate with each other, and the node information and log files are gathered via communication. The developer of the NCSs can modify the parameters to resolve the error of the NCSs depending on the results of log analysis. The simulation results shows the availability and effectiveness of the smart platform for NCSs.
