SPECIFIC FEEDBACK TO AUTHORS
In my opinion, this paper is out of the scope of IEEE Transactions on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) Systems. It is more suitable to submit this paper to IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications.
1. What does d in equation (3) means?
2. Fig.1 and Fig.2 should be moved to page 2 or page3
3. Fig.2 (b) is a very conventional transceiver block diagram. Whats the purpose to use this figure?

The content of this manuscript is not closely related to TVLSI. Very few reference in this manuscript is from TVLSI. The only two TVLSI references are [5] and [21], whose content is very different from this manuscript. This indicates that the authors may consider submitting this manuscript to a more relating journal than TVLSI.
