본 논문은 함정 내 네트워크의 이중화 구성 방법 및 이의 실험에 대하여 다루고 있습니다.
논문으로서의 가치를 갖기 위하여 다음의 요건이 요구됩니다.
1) 참고문헌의 최신화가 필요합니다. 대부분 2010년 이전 논문이고, 가장 최신이 2018년 한편이나, 본 논문에서의 핵심 제안내용과는 큰 관련이 없어 보입니다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 내용과 연관된 학술적 가치를 갖는 최신 논문의 제시가 필요합니다.
2) 제안하는 방법을 찾기가 어렵습니다. 본 논문은 장치간을 연결하고 설정하는 방법에 대한 것으로 판단합니다. 스위치를 사용한 네트워크 구성에서 이중화 구조를 갖도록 하는 것은 당연한 방법론이며, 이를 위한 매우 많은 구조와 설정 경우의 수가 존재할 수 있습니다 이러한 경우의 수 중에 하나에 대하여 논문으로서의 의미를 부여할수는 없다고 생각합니다. 논문의 가치를 갖도록 하고자 한다면, 구조와 설정이 아니라, 이러한 구조에서 발생가능한 문제를 제시하고, 이 문제가 기존 연구들에서도 연구되어 왔고 (최신 논문 제시), 본 논문에서 이들과 차별화된 방법론이 있음을 제시하여야 할 것입니다.
본 논문은 단순한 내용 수정만으로는 위의 사유를 충족시킬 수 없다고 판단합니다.

1. 이중화로 인한 성능개선이 쉽게 예측되는 이중화 자체가 논문의 주안점으로 되어 있어 본 논문만의 특별한 제안 내용이나 기여가 명확하지 않습니다.
2. 성능평가에 SW만 사용한 것인지, HW도 사용한 것인지, 사용된 HW, SW, 트래픽 등이 명확히 기술될 필요가 있습니다.
3. 참고문헌이 대부분 2010, 2012 년 등 이전 논문이어서 최근 연구동향을 반영한 참고문헌이 추가될 필요가 있습니다.

1) References need to be updated. Most of them are pre-2010 papers, and the latest one is in 2018, but it does not seem to have much to do with the core suggestions in this paper. It is necessary to present the latest papers with academic value related to the content proposed in this paper.
2) It is difficult to find a way to propose. It is judged that this paper is about how to connect and set up devices. It is a natural methodology to have a redundancy structure in a network configuration using a switch, and there can be many structures and a number of configuration cases for this. I think that it is not possible to give a meaning as a thesis for one of these cases. If you want to get the value of the thesis, it is not a structure and a setting, but a problem that can occur in this structure, and this problem has been studied in existing studies (presenting the latest article), and there is a methodology differentiated from them in this article.
