We are always grateful for your dedication and contribution to ICT Express.

We are delighted to announce that the Clarivate Analytics Editorial Relations has advised that ICT Express will be accepted for inclusion in Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE). Beginning with Vol. 4, No.1 (2018), ICT Express will be included in SCIE. The journal will have its first Impact Factor in 2021.

Science Citation Index Expanded indexes over 9,200 of the world¡¯s most impactful journals across 178 scientific disciplines. More than 53 million records and 1.18 billion cited references date back from 1900 to present.

Clarivate Analytics in-house editors use a single set of 28 criteria throughout the journal selection and curation process. Divided into 24 ¡®quality¡¯ criteria and four ¡®impact¡¯ criteria, the editors select the most influential journals in their respective fields (using citation activity as the primary indicator of impact) for the Science Citation Index Expanded.
