Abstract—Naval combat system (NCS) is a distributed system integrated with various subsystems which works together. NCS needs to establish real time communication with its internal segments as well as with the shore, sea, underwater and air in harsh environment. Therefore maintaining reliability in
communication is really a big challenge. This paper propose the latency based reliability in real-time message transfer for naval combat System using Rayleigh-fading channel with different frequency and multiple connectivity. Here demonstrate the trade-off between the number of links used for multiple
connectivity and the time to recover the failure of the channel.
